چکیده: 

استفاده از دستگاه های کمکی قلب از روش های تهاجمی بسیار موثر می باشد که به منظور حمایت موقت یا دایم بطن چپ، بطن راست و یا هر دو بطن برای رسیدن به یک ثبات وضعیت همودینامیک در بیمار استفاده می شود. جهت استفاده صحیح از این دستگاه ها، پزشکان، پرستاران متخصص بخش های مراقبت های ویژه و پرفیوژینست های متخصص دستگاه های کمکی قلب باید قادر به شناخت عملکرد انواع این دستگاه ها، موارد استفاده موارد منع استفاده و نحوه مراقبت از بیمار، عوارض و نحوه جداسازی بیمار از دستگاه و آموزش های مورد نیاز به بیمار باشند. بدلیل استفاده روزافزون از این وسیله این مقاله به توضیح بسیار خلاصه شده موارد فوق می پردازد و هدف از آن آشنایی هر چه بیشتر پرسنل بخش های جراحی قلب با این وسیله می باشد.

چکیده: 

This study introduces a reversible Optical full adder. Also Optical NOT and NOR gates are implemented through Electro-Absorption-Modulator / Photo Detector (EAM/PD) pairs, were utilized for fulfilling reversible R gate. Then, reversible full adder was designed based on the proposed reversible Optical R gate. The operation of the suggested full adder was simulated using Optispice and it was found that the delay time in comparison with VLSI implemented circuit has remarkably improved.

چکیده: 

1ضریب جذب نوری یک پارامتر کلیدی در عملکرد موفقیت آمیز ادوات الکترونیک نوری نظیر آشکارسازها، سلو ل های خورشیدی، مدولاتورها، فیلترها است. بدین منظور در این مقاله، یک جذب کننده دو باندی متشکل از یک ساختار فلز- گرافن- دی الکتریک- فلز که در طول موج های مخابرات نوری کار می کند، ارائه شده است. جهت به دست آوردن مشخصه جذب ساختار پیشنهادی از روش تفاضل محدود در حوزه زمان استفاده شده است. همچنین، تأثیر ضخامت نانوساختار فلزی رویی، لایه های دی الکتریک و زیرلایه فلزی بر مشخصه جذب نور در ساختار مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. استفاده از گرافن تک لایه همراه با ساختار پلاسمونی سبب بهبود برهم کنش نور و گرافن شده و در نتیجه باعث افزایش جذب نور در ساختار شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که برای این ساختار، جذب نور 95% در طول موج nm1310 و جذب نور 97% در طول موج nm1675 به دست می آید. بنابراین، این جذب کننده قابلیت کار در دو باند مخابرات نوری (باند O و باند U) به طور همزمان را دارا است. همچنین مدار معادل فرکانسی جذب کننده پیشنهادی نیز ارائه شده است که نتایج خروجی آن تطابق بسیار خوبی با نتایج شبیه سازی دارد.

چکیده: 

In this paper, Using a 2D photonic crystal and a novel square ring resonator, several compact and simple structures have been introduced in the present paper to construct Optical add/drop filters and multi-channel filter. The difference structures has been designed and simulated by using the proposed square ring resonator and different dropping waveguides. To do analyses, the finite-difference time-domain method and the plane wave expansion have been used. The three add/drop filters can separate the wavelength of 1554 nm with a transmission coefficient of 100 %, quality factor of 1295 and bandwidth of 1. 2 nm. The models of structures are simulated by the RSOFT CADLayout software. The results, flexibility and simplicity of structures have caused from their used to designing of an Optical multi-channel filter with a channel spacing of 1. 5 nm. The advantages of this design include the channel spacing, quality factor, transmission coefficient and bandwidth which are suitable for applicability in Optical communication systems such as wavelength division multiplexing systems.

This work aims to investigate the structure, electronic and Optical properties of PVA/SeO2/SiC nanostructures to employ in various electronic devices. Density functional method was applied using Gaussian 09 software and Gauss view 5.0 program. Analysis of (PVA-SeO2-SiC) (90Atom) nanacomposites were done at B3LYP level by using LanL2DZ level of DFT (Density Functional Theory). Synthesized of (PVA-SeO2-SiC) (90Atom) nanacomposites were characterized by UV–visible, FT-IR, proton NMR spectroscopes. Nanacomposites were designed and calculated for different properties, absorption spectra, dipole moment and frontier molecular orbitals, by calculating the HOMO/LUMO energy orbitals via density functional theory method. The final results indicated to the PVA/SeO2/SiC nanostructures may be useful in different electronics and optics fields.

Purpose: To compare the results of the current gold standard, laser interferometry, and keratometry by the IOL-Master, with a newly developed Galilei G6 using raytracing software Okulix for intraocular lens (IOL) power calculations. Methods: For comparison of the IOL-power calculation of both devices, we analyzed the difference between the actual one-month postoperative subjective refraction and the theoretically calculated target refraction before cataract surgery. The IOL was selected according to the IOL Master recommendation aiming for emmetropia after surgery. We analyzed the differences of the measurements of the basic biometric data in 205 healthy eyes by each device. Results: Our study included 205 healthy, unoperated eyes from 117 patients (61 women, 56 men) aged 20 to 75 years. Twenty-two eyes of cataract patients were also included in this retrospective study design. The mean difference between the prediction of the postoperative refraction and the refraction actually achieved was 0. 03 D for the IOL Master and –0. 23 D for the Galilei G6. The difference was not statistically significant (P = 0. 059). The difference between the IOL power calculation of the IOL Master and the calculation of the G6 was not statistically significant (P = 0. 064). The difference between the predicted refraction of the G6 and the refraction achieved after one month was also not statistically significant (P = 0. 12) and neither was the difference between the predicted refraction of the IOL Master and the achieved refraction (P = 0. 39). The mean axial length was calculated as 24. 21 ± 0. 80 mm using the IOL Master and 24. 27 ± 0. 82 mm using the Galilei G6 device. The mean value regarding anterior chamber depth (ACD) of the IOL master was 3. 46 ± 0. 23 mm and for the Galilei was G6 3. 51 ± 0. 25 mm. When comparing the white to white (WTW) values of the IOL master, it showed mean values of 12. 32 ± 0. 31 and Galilei showed mean values of G6 12. 21 ± 0. 28. All of these differences (between Galileo and IOL Master measurements) were statistically significant (P < 0. 001). Conclusion: Both the laser interferometry/keratometry performed by the IOL Master and the interferometry/raytracing biometry strategy performed by the Galilei G6 demonstrated equal results when executing the IOL power calculation before cataract surgery in eyes with no prior ocular surgery.

چکیده: 

The two technologies of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) and organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) are emerging in the development of new sources of energy and lighting, respectively. The exceptional features of these technologies, including their color, insensitivity to temperature, and high response angle, have caused their attention and development. Organic compounds play a key role in these two technologies and cause the effective response and stability of the device, so high stability, longevity, and the possibility of simple application in the structure of the structure are of great importance. Molecular engineering and the application of various substitutions to the naphthalimide core can produce promising results for the preparation of stable organic materials with diversity in properties. In this review, naphthalimides are introduced as an effective core in the preparation of light- and electricity-sensitive dyes. Its application in two technologies, DSSCs and OLED, is explained, and the different components of these technologies are briefly introduced. One of the highest efficiencies reported for dye-sensitized solar cells based on naphthalimide as photosensitizers is 10.8 %. This sensitizer has alkyl and indoline groups. Different structures of arrangement of electron donor and electron acceptor groups will be investigated and the performance efficiency of these devices will also be investigated. Studies show that the amino group is an important substitution in the preparation of naphthalamide fluorescent dyes. The presence of this group will increase the efficiency of the amplifier by up to 10 %.
